itravel 2000 and other ??'s

We have just booked a week in Sept. at CBR with the MYW and dining plan. We booked through itravel 2000. Has anyone else delt with them, and if so how was it? Also, we will are interested in the woop dee doo, can we book when we arrive or should this be done beforehand? Also, I would like to go on a Disney fishing trip, is there a possibility of a shared trip?
