Itinerary Suggestions?

Ok here is our schedule, what does everyone think, since I made one mistake by choosing Garden Grill, I want to make sure not to make another, I am asking for ALL opinions, thanks.

Sunday, 9/11 (Arrival Day) - Epcot - Alfredos
Monday, 9/12 - Magic Kingdom - Crystal Palace
Tuesday, 9/13 - MGM - 50's Prime Time
Wednesday, 9/14 - Typhoon Lagoon - Chef Mickey's
Thursday, 9/15 - Magic Kingdom - 1900 Park Fare
Friday, 9/16 - Catch what we missed - No Table Service Meal

We have dined at every place you have chosen and they were all good. Crystal Palace is our absolute favorite character meal We had lunch at Alfredo's this past June -- I was a little hesitant because I had seen a lot of negative reviews on here -- and DH said it was very good (I had a severe sinus infection almost our entire trip and couldn't taste anything )
If you are having dinner at 1900 Park Fare, be sure and try the 5-Cheese Lasagna
