DISNEY TRIP 2004 ITINERARY …..

September 30 ….. (1) pick up rental car at Hertz in Albany @ 4pm
(2) pack cars and get to bed early

October 1 Friday……. (1) leave home at 3:30 or 4 am
(2) drive to logan airport in Boston
(3) check in @ 8 am
(4) depart logan @ 9:17 am
(5) arrive in Orlando about 2:30 pm
(6) pick up cars at ALAMO
(7) find home in Orlando
(8) let kids swim and some of the adults go shopping

October 2 Saturday…. Seaworld
11 am lunch with the sharks
Park closes at 7

October 3 Sunday…. (1) Be at MK by :30 9:45 breakfast at the Castle
(2) MK
(3) park closes at 6

October 4 Monday…. (1) MGM
(2) Medieval times arrive by 6 for museum and tour then dinner @ 7:30

October 5 Tuesday…. start day in MGM or AK ?? depends on mood
EPCOT
Fantismic 8 pm
Parks close at 9

October 6 Wednesday…. UNIVERSAL
Park closes at 7

October 7 Thursday… IOA
Park closes at 7


October 8 Friday…. (1) Animal Kingdom park closes @ 5)
(2) MNSSHP Fireworks at MK party ends at 12am


October 9 Saturday… Down Day relax shop visit Karen Whatever
(2) pack up the cars

October 10 Sunday… (1) Leave the house at 5 am
(2) check in for flight home @ 6 am
(3) arrive in Boston 10:30 am and drive home

Personally I couldn't have the whole last day be a down day, even though you will be at the party the night before. Maybe one of the middle days, but I like to reserve the last day as a day to return to anything I want to repeat or to go on something I missed.

What time are you planning on getting to MK on 10/3? It's an early entry day, so hopefully you're planning on getting there early for that, assuming you're staying onsite. If not, I wouldn't go that day since it would be crowded by the time you get there.

Same with the other days--make sure they're not EE unless you plan on being there early enough for that extra hour.
