I would like to add my for your daughter and her carreer... as a mom, I totally support you following your heart and doing what has to be done!!

I will always hold a special place for you, you give so much of yourself, that it brightens my day when I hear of the joy you spread!! You are so willing to be there for others, I will hope you find time for yourself - dont forget to be selfish to renew your spirit also!!

I will hope the price of gas and supplies dip low enough that one day when life slows down for you, you will begin again to spread the magic that you do!! Knowing how you go out of your way to ensure others happiness, I do hope that comes back to you tenfold!!

ITA about your dd and doing everything you can to help her, my dd's are figure skaters and that takes time, effort and $$ - so the fuel costs are going to hurt more than just your business. (sorry for the downer)

Peggy - so sorry to hear that you won't be doing baskets anymore. You truly have a talent - our anniversary basket was a big hit with our entire family.

bummer I had hoped to order for this november, but I can understand your reasons, I wish your DD the best of luck (you as well) I wish you'd (if you have them) post pics of the various themed baskets/boxes you did. Even if you are no longer doing it, your work could be an inspiration to others who are looking to try their own hands at making welcome boxes for their own family. ( I guess I'll have to make my own now for my nephew this could be scary )

I am soooo sad you will not be able to create anymore wonderful baskets like the six that you have made for my family! They were all wonderful, and the arrival at WDW day's highlight of all who received them! All of their facial expressions upon receipt were priceless! They will be missed greatly upon our next round of trips; I was going to email you for MNSSHP baskets and a MVMCP basket for Sazzo's and my Mommy/DD trip! You are so talented! Let me know if your dreams of being a florist come true and I will patronize you there!

BUT...I understand an actor's needs being one myself! You will be busy! So, I say "Break a Leg!" to your daughter! May all her aspirations be easily attained!

I'm so sad to hear you are shutting down the business. Especially since we were happy customers in May 05! I still treasure the GOH badge you made in honor of my Dad who passed away just before my trip! And my boys still play with their plush animals! Your baskets will be missed.
But being a Mom myself, I know how important it is to be there for your daughter. I wish her and you the best of luck! Please still post on the Dis, since you were always fun!

The smiles that you brought to my nephews face are something we will never forget - you were always such a delight to work with in planning his special treats and went 'above and beyond' for him at a very difficult time in our lives - we will always appreciate the love and creativity you put into your work !!
