It was sold out ALL weekend!!!

Did anyone go see 8 Mile this weekend? How was it?

My DS saw it this weekend with a bunch of his friends for a birthday party. He said the only good thing about it was that he didn't have to pay to see it.

We saw it on Saturday Night (bought the tix on Friday). I wanted to see it since I lived in Detroit until age 12 and have always lived in the Metro-Detroit area. My husband and I both liked it. I think that Eminem did a pretty good job of acting.
I was surprised to hear that it was sold out all over the Country, I thought it was just real big in the Detroit area.

I lived in Troy and New Rochester when I was younger. My step-dad grew up in Detroit.

I can't wait to see the movie. Hopefully next weekend it won't be so bad.
