Are you going back to the nutritionist or doing it on your own this time? I'd love to know what type of plan your nutritionist had you on. Mine, now, seems soooo regimented that I can't wrap my brain around doing it again.
Although, I haven't eaten mine yet. I might have it as an after dinner snack tonight....

I can't believe you used 8lb weights on L1!I use 5lb weights and there were some moves on L2 where I could hardly lift them.
