Geez...I need to catch up here more often!

Weigh in again today. I was down 0.8 pounds. I'll take it! :goodvibes I hit my 5%, so I got a sticker. I haven't noticed too much, clothes-wise...but I'm sure it'll come eventually.

Well...I stayed the same this week. Which I guess is good. I seem to not remain strict on the weekends for some reason. Might have to do with dating...But I should still be able to account for the food I'm eating with the flex points I'm given.

The weather is making a change for the better this weekend, so I'm gettin out there to walk!!
 

Hey girls. Just popping in to say I didn't weigh in y'day. It was my court day to finalize my divorce. I'm a single lady again! :thumbsup2 Definitely a weight lifted off of my shoulders.

I have been walking quite a bit, and one day even did a few running spurts. Not sure how often I'll do that, as my knees weren't happy with me the next day...but a little here and there, probably!

Weekends are my downfall as well. I swear there's something about 6:15 Pm on a Friday (after piano lessons) that makes my body say 'time for chips and booze!' :headache:

We just eat like crap from then until Sat night.:sad2:
 
Yup! I know the feeling!!

I fully expect and embrace the gain I will have on Wed's weigh in. I haven't really paid attention to what I was eating for a little over a week now. Back on track today...but there will still definitely be a gain on Wed.

Its ok...I'm not going to go nuts and try to "beat the scale" as I've done before...Just getting back on track and will see a much better number next week!
 
Well, I gained 1.2 pounds at my weigh in. It's ok...Im back on track and hope to have it back off next week!:thumbsup2
 
Good catch, Kim! I'm glad you didn't say "I gained, but I'm OK with it." You'll have that number back down and then some before you know it.

Remember why you're doing this and where you want to ultimately end up! That is my unrequested busybody tip for the day. :hug:

I lost 2.2 last week! :thumbsup2 I'm at 8.6 total. Feeling pretty good! I'm definitely not on plan 100% of the time, and walking seems to be my only form of exercise - but slowly it's coming off!

On track 80% of the time will get you where you're going. Great job on the loss so far! Slow is the way to do it, girlfriend. There's no rush and the longer it takes, the longer it stays gone!
 
Has it really been that long since I've been on here? GEEZ!

Not much new to report. Although, I did stop the WW at work program with only a few weeks left. The leader was seriously not helping with motivation. She would actually call out people that didn't lose, or didn't track...it was kind of humiliating. That's not what it's about, to me. It's her job to re-motivate as needed, IMO! So I'm using the etools on my own instead. So far so good.

This weekend I came down with the stomach virus, so the scale is showing a bigger loss than I'd normally have....but I guess if there's one benefit to going through that sickness - I'll take it!

Ugh, ugh, double ugh on your leader. That's really a revolting way to run a meeting, and not at all what WW is supposed to be about, I believe. Good for you for taking care of yourself by getting out of her airspace.

I'm so glad the etools are so far so good.
