I think that your Weight Control oatmeal may have sucralose in it. Worth a double check - I know that stuff doesn't sit well with you in the first place.

Have you ever tried something other than breakfast food for breakfast? Like 1/2 a sandwich or a chicken breast or something? In a lot of European countries they have meat, cheese and yummy breads for breakfast.
I am doing Shred Level 2 for the first time today after work, I'll let you know how it goes (if I survive!)...![]()


You can always relax those muscles in the hot tub 

You're doing so great already, but remember to have your fruits and vegetables, too! A side of frozen vegetables or a piece of whole fruit add a lot of nutrition and bulk for not that many calories.
