What a hard week our family has had....

1. My wife had rotator cuff surgery. She was told that they found a lot of damage to that and the whole area in general... she'll be out of commission for about 6 - 7 weeks. She was originally given an estimate of 3 -4 weeks.

2. My SIL was having bronchial issues. While at the hospital the doctor accidentally ruptured her esophagus, and she will be in the hospital for 1 - 2 MONTHS. :scared1:

3. Another family member was admitted to a hospice on Saturday.

Rough week, indeed.

 to you and your family.

I had rotator cuff surgery almost 30 year ago and its not something to mess with. Make sure your DW goes to physical therapy and really takes care of herself. It was a hard recovery when I was 16. I couldn't imagine it as an adult.

:hug:Yes, a rough week indeed. I will keep you in my thoughts and hope things start to look up for you! Hang in there! Best wishes for a speedy recovery for your wife and SIL. I hope your family can find some peace with hospice care too.

Thats what they say - it comes in threes. If thats true, you should be all set! I hope your wife heals quickly and I hope you have some help. Your poor SIL, positive thoughts to all.:grouphug:

It gets worse... the son of the lady with the esophagus problem is Bi-Polar... just this morning it was discovered that he stole his sister's credit cards and charged $4000 worth of stuff yesterday.. And she is pressing charges.....
