I went to the dealer today and the salesman knew nothing of the stickers. So I came home and called the corporate headquarters. They told me the stickers were received by sales managers this past Monday. So I called the dealer and asked for the sales manager and he said he does have them and his sales person should've asked. Someone who works for them lives near me and will drop one off.

I went today, too. I spoke with the sales manager and he said they have not recieved the stickers yet, but that it would go through anyway. I don't know if I believe that or not, but they'd better make good on it.

Can you post the phone # you called for corporate headquarters? I think I want to call them before I send my form in. I don't want to lose out on this one.

I Called yesterday 1-800-795-9779
at the corporate headquarters and they said they have no stickers that they just want the things signed.. so I dont know what to do now... as the guy I talked to said that he asked someone and they didnt even know at the headquarters.. I'm going to have to call back again.. and get a name.. will let you know if I found out any thing more.... :(
 

I called again and talked to alan he said it was a misprint..and they only need it to be signed.. He said that they dont have stickers for all dealers..
I'm thinking of reporting this in.. as some thing is a miss...Why are they doing this at Isuzu..
 
I called your number and they said you do need the stickers.. and they in turned call my dealership who cant find the stickers and will have to reorder them.. so I will not get them until maybe monday... if at all.. this is really crazy... I cant believe it.. why in the world would they want a sticker on a piece of paper for..
we did the test drive or we didnt ..
we get the gift or we dont..
we have sticker or we dont..
we know what we are talking about .. its a misprint..
Isuzu is giving people the run around...
at dealerships and headquarters..
I will let you know if they find them or if they get the stickers in...
but yes they need a stickers...
so one question is answered...
dont send them in without the sticker...

Dear Veraletta,

You do need a valid sticker to receive the promotional offer. Please
provide me with the name and location of the dealer. They will be
contacted regarding the stickers. You will have to return to the dealer at
a later date to get the sticker.

I didn't mail mine in yet. I think I will call them when I get home today and see what they tell me. I'm also going back onto the Isuzu page I got the test drive printout from to see if I can do as Veraletta did and contact the webmaster that way. I'm going to tell them that if they can't get this right, how can I expect them to provide good customer service if I buy their vehicle!:mad: :mad: :mad: I'll do it nicely, of course.:p :p :p :p :p

they are running everyone around.. I do wonder if that

is how they will do business... No one will really know

any thing, they will just pass the buck to the next

person.. not a way to really run a company...
 
Thanks Veraletta. I did the same thing-emailed them from the email they sent me. I'll let you know how I make out. I told them I was postponing my purchase to see how they really handle coutomer service!:mad:
 
ok, they've been giving us a runaround for weeks now, first, they'll be in in 3 days, then try monday, then next week, now...we don't have them and don't know when we'll get them. ok, now, if i were a dealer, and i was getting even one inquiry about these, i think i might get on the phone and order some before people drive my salespeople nuts! so, after the final rude encounter today, i'll do the test drive, but i'm darned if i'm buying an isuzu!:mad:
 
I went and picked up the stickers today... I'm so happy that they finally got them in... I think that calling and also e-mail them did it.. I was really upset that they didnt have the stickers.. I cant believe them.. this is so unreal.
