Issues with MDE today

I had trouble logging on earlier today to adjust FPs (got headless Olaf). No problem, try later. Uh oh, only FPs for 1 out of 6 people traveling. Now I've been reading these boards, I know there have been issues, but boy does it make a girl panic. Just confirming, I should probably just wait a few hours and hopefully things get corrected? At what point do we hit panic button and call IT? Our trip isn’t until mid December.

The safest bet is to call now. If you wait too long, the FP remedies may be limited. 6 people, Dec trip---it would be a shame if it got messed up.

Thank you for the replies. It seems the stars are currently aligned and all 6 people are once again showing up. Whew. Taking pictures is probably a good idea. I realize it serves as no proof, but it makes me feel a bit proactive. Besides, in order to nab some of the hard to get fastpasses, I grabbed whatever time a could so now it’s a puzzle to get them together or at least overlapping times.

Btw, for those who may recall, I goofed last week and accidentally swapped my FOP for Na’vi, I must have made the appropriate sacrifice to the Disney gods and was able to swap back. Okay, back in the saddle, let’s hope this horse makes it to the end of the race.

Today was my 60 days and I couldn't get on first thing this morning. It took about 10 minutes.

Same here ! Took me till around 7:07am- then I got headless Olaf around 3x - but then the real fun came ! I booked my FPS for 12/21-12/28 and when I finished the FPS for 12/23-12/25 showed a date of 10/23-25 ! I had to delete those and then book them again ! Was shocked that I was still able to get FOP on 12/23!

I can't tell you how many times I had to delete cookies/cache today to get into MDE again ! Website kept going back to the homepage instead of showing my plans !
