Issues with MDE site

For some reason I'm receiving a message to call technical support after entering user name and password when tryng to access MDE. I'm using the same user name and password that I always use. I really don't want to go through a lengthy phone call if this is just a site glitch. Anyone else ever have this problem??

same here. just called the number, expected wait time is 68 minutes. So, there is an issue I'm guessing. I'll try later.
