Issues trying to preorder for be our guest

You trying to do it from the app, or a computer?

Reports are that you cannot pre-order at BOG from the app. You have to use a computer, and make sure you're not blocking pop-ups.
 
Are you doing this from an app? If so that doesn't work. It has to be done from a web browser. It is also not the same as "mobile ordering" so it won't show up if you select that option. It also only works for breakfast and lunch.

If you are within 30 days of your reservation, go to MDE in a web browser, locate your reservation and select the option to preorder. If you are not within 30 days you won't see it.
 
I too can't preorder right now from the MDE website. I keep getting the "Paws" screen that they are having problems and can't process the order.
 

I tried to update my order last night and kept getting a blank screen. It is working now- I was able to update my order just 5 minutes ago.
