Hi guys, I just booked our yearly trip and the CM on the phone said all was good, gave me a confirmation # and everything was fine, I later tried to add my reservation to my Disney experience app and website and it’s pulling it up but has the wrong hotel listed (I booked Animal Kingdom Lodge but MDE says I have a Coronado Springs reservation). I called back and spoke with a CM who put me on hold to speak to guest relations and they say it’s right in their system so they don’t understand what’s going on and just to leave it be. It really worries me since I’ve never had this issue before and of course I’d like it to be correct in MDE just for my own piece of mind. Anyone ever have anything like this happen and did it eventually work itself out or should I call a different department or talk to someone else about it? Our trip isn’t until later this year (September) so I’ve got time to get it figured out, I jus wish it was correct in the app and on the website on my end.
