Issue with resort reservation & MDE

Hi guys, I just booked our yearly trip and the CM on the phone said all was good, gave me a confirmation # and everything was fine, I later tried to add my reservation to my Disney experience app and website and it’s pulling it up but has the wrong hotel listed (I booked Animal Kingdom Lodge but MDE says I have a Coronado Springs reservation). I called back and spoke with a CM who put me on hold to speak to guest relations and they say it’s right in their system so they don’t understand what’s going on and just to leave it be. It really worries me since I’ve never had this issue before and of course I’d like it to be correct in MDE just for my own piece of mind. Anyone ever have anything like this happen and did it eventually work itself out or should I call a different department or talk to someone else about it? Our trip isn’t until later this year (September) so I’ve got time to get it figured out, I jus wish it was correct in the app and on the website on my end.

I would call and ask to speak with Disney's IT. Sorry, I don't have the number that they gave me anymore, perhaps someone else here has it? or you can try calling the reg number and ask to be connected or given the right number.

I had a similar issue linking the Dolphin to my account because MDE showed the Swan. It took a couple. of calls to IT, but they remedied the situation within a little more than a day.

It bothered me too so I am happy to have it fixed. BTW, did you get an email with your resort confirmation? Does that show the correct resort? If so, then you should be fine, but I would still call and get IT to correct MDE.

I had the same issue and was able to speak with it and they fixed it right away. Please don’t worry they will fix it for you.

Thanks, I will call again in the morning and see if I can talk to IT. At this point I haven’t received a confirmation at all, when I called back the CM said it might take 48 hours to get my confirmation so I’m still waiting on it at this point. I guess that’s why I’m the most worried, I’ve got nothing but the CMs word that the correct resort was booked since I don’t have an email confirmation yet and MDE has the wrong resort...
