I made some years ago , but I've lost the recipe since then - it seems like it was out of a magazine.

I know it didn't have many ingredients- I remember it being chocolate & coolwhip - just not sure what else was in it:confused3 and then it had you rolling them in nuts or powederd sugar. That;s all I can remember

Does this sound like it?

Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) package Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions
Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Cool to room temperature. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour. Scoop peanut butter mixture with melon baller or teaspoon, then shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

Happy Holidays!

what could you use instead of cool whip? we don't have it here

We buy whipping cream and whip it ;) Or use the squirty stuff in cans. But I don't know anything that goes in the freezer.:confused3
