Islands of Adventure - October 31

My husband for his birthday (50+) asked to go to Islands of Adventure to see Harry Potter World and Emerils. I realize that his is Halloween and have made our dinner reservations at Emerils Now for the hard part . . . does anyone have a good touring plan for one day at Islands? Thanks so much!

Most people don't use touring plans at Universal but...since you are going for WWoHP, I would either do that first thing or wait until right before park closing. The crowds shouldn't be too bad for everything else but try to get there as early as you can to avoid some of the crowds.
