Is WTC flag still at American Adventure?

To those who have been to Epcot lately, is the WTC flag still on display?

We looked for it in July and it was gone. We had seen it in January and my daughter wanted to visit it again this trip so when we couldn't find it I talked to a CM about it. According to her it was only on loan until this past spring and it was sent home to its owner. Dan's second link is right on the mark.

We were there in May with my MIL, I wanted her to see it and after searching the place I couldn't find it. According to the CM that I talked to they had it on loan and it was returned to it's owner, but she never explained who the owner was.
