Yws, Wolfgang Puck Express is a counter service. The cafe and dining room, however, are table service.

As PP said, yes. And both locations are a CS. One of the best use of a CS credit.

its not just "a CS" but the best possible use of a CS credit in all of WDW
we love everything about that place!!

We've been a couple of times, and, on the CS plan, a sandwich, side and drink are more than enough for a couple people, made fresh and really, really good. I did not see anything that wouldn't be good, unless of course you don't like the ingredients that go into something.

The salmon is fantastic. The spaghetti and meatballs was a big hit with a couple in our group. The pizza is apparently amazing according to multiple family members. And the creme brulee cheesecake is a must!
We love the breakfast even more - that breakfast pizza!!

I have to second the salmon. I tried it a couple of weeks ago and it was really good.
