Is Toy Story still FP+ only?

I'm making some touring plans for our upcoming trip, and TP dot com is saying that I'll have a 30 minute wait if I proceed directly to Toy Story at park opening. I'm wondering if that means Toy Story is still in that FP+ only phase (like they tested last fall). Does anyone know?
