Is ToT part of EMH at DCA

I will only have one day to ride ToT, as it's closed for refurbishment our first few days at the park. And because I packed a character breakfast and tour in DL on the 9th, I'll only have the EMH to ride ToT. Please tell me it's part of EMH????

It was open during EMH when we were there last year. But I have heard others say it wasn't when they were there.

I'd be thinking about a backup plan in case it doesn't pan out. Things that are supposed to be open for EMH often have issues and open later.
