Is tip paid by DDP at Cinderella's Royal Table?

When you use DDP for CRT, is tip paid, or do you pay it at time of dining, like other restaurants?
I have only dined there paying OOP.
To reserve and pay online, I pay tip at time of making reservation.
If you use DDP credits, is tip included, or do you pay it after dining?

We had breakfast at CRT in November. Tip was included and you will also receive photos (included in price).

We used the TIW card and I thought CRT was a "bargain" with everything included.

The princesses took lots of time at each table and service was great. This is a breakfast we will book again as long as our "princess"(DGD) is traveling with us.
