Well isn't he charming I'm shocked that security didn't catch a glimpse of him. I noticed on the side he had even more videos posted, 7 I believe all labelled rampage on the Disney Wonder. I hope Disney gets ahold of the video and does something about this.

Just wanted to post an update...I just got off the phone with Karl Holz, the president of DCL. He called me after he read my email. He said they have a team of people working on finding out who this kid is and taking action. He said he'll call back when they have rectified the situation. Just wanted to let you know that once again Disney has restored my faith in them!!!!

I'm also super impressed that he actually called as well!! I saw the 407 area code on the phone and thought it was Disney rep calling regarding the carbon copy I sent to the DCL website. When he said who he was I was astonished!! I have worked for years in the hospitality industry and I know Disney is top of the line...but Wow!! That was over and above!! He said he received my email while he was driving and watched the link immediately. He called before he had even watched the entire first segment. Mr. Holz said he was absolutely appalled and just felt like he needed to express that to me. He was honest that nothing had been done yet...but he had already put a plan of action into place!! Once again...Disney ROCKS!!!!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Karl Holz called the person who sent them the email and the link the videos. That is amazing! I really hope they find this kid ... and his parents, who surely have to know he is no angel. Can you imagine how disturbing it would be to find a condom on the door handle of your stateroom? I would be extremely upset.
