When looking at our Disney photos, I have often wondered about the other people in our photos and wondered what photos I must be in that other people have in their albums.

Maybe it's time for a new thread about the other people in the background of our photos.

I do this all the time. i would love to see who elses photos i'm in. i'm sure they comment to themsleves upon seeing me, 'oh look...look...it's an escaped convict. i wonder if they ever caught him'

Well, ok, no, it's not, but I'm totally in that picture. I must've just gotten up from MY parade spot!!

You can see me standing right behind them. I'm wearing the green top with the clear poncho on. I was sitting next to those folks holding the spot for my family, willing the rain to stop in time for us to see it.

Yeah, it didn't. It was a little damp for quite some time.

How perfectly funny that you have a photo of not only yourself, but with the yellow poncho clan too!

OMG that is so cool!! I am the OP. We were in the group right across from you. How funny!! We ended up staying and waiting. Then rode Space Mountain when something finally opened up. It was so nice how it cooled off. We were soked though and still had a great time. I never did get to see the parade though.

Just so you all know, that is my mother and father!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They weren't sitting because they were waiting for the parade, they were sitting because my mother was in pain. She had to have her appendix removed the next day at Celebration Hospital!!!!!!!!!!

Are you being serious? I apologize, but I can't tell. If it was your mother and father, I hope your mother is doing well. She must have been pretty miserable sitting there.

I saw your previous posts, and I also read the thread that you replied to regarding your mother (that another DIS'er posted a link to),
but are you sure it's your mother in that photo?
I had my ovary and fallopian tube removed and was in such horrible pain, so I can appreciate that part; but I don't understand why mom sat down in the rain while in so much pain while there are drier spots to sit and wait at.

If that's really her, Man, is she a Trooper!!!!!

I did see your response. So, I searched your posts to check the story out.

First off, I did read how your mom was ill and I'm truly sorry. I'm also glad that she's doing better.

However, from what I can figure (and I could be wrong) you were at WDW for the Fourth of July. This pic was from 7/17. I believe you posted about your mom's illness beofre then. Again, I might be incorrect, but that was my understanding.

Either way, I hope she is well on the road to wellness.

Since I had some free time on my hands, I decided to investigate a bit as well. It seems you posted on July 17th, which was the date of this photo posted by the OP, saying you had just come back from Disney 2 weeks earlier.

On a side note, I do hope your mom is doing better now, I for one would never wish something like that on my mom or anyone else for that matter.
