Is this true?

Last year when I stayed at Bonnet Creek I was able to request the tower and view that I wanted 3 months in advance. Now I'm being told that you can only do this 24 hours prior to check in.

Has anyone else been told this?

I contacted Bonnet Creek in the two week window and made a tower and floor request. I know that it may not be fulfilled and let them know I knew that. I was told my request would be placed in the computer with my reservation. They did find my reservation and confirmed that. So I will find out when we arrive next week.
