our cruise is less than a week away. Who should I talk to when i get on the ship and ask about the chocolate ship that says happy birthday to see if they have anymore of them?

OP... Maybe just go to Party City (or the like), and they have candles (I've gotten one there shaped as a boat), cake candy decorations, etc... Cheaper than the $32 minimum, and they will put it on for you...

Not as nice as the chocolate Disney ship, but I am sure your little one will love it.
