Is this Normal? (Missing/Erroneous Banners on Dashboard)

This has been an ongoing issue for us since we became members earlier this year and I'm not sure if it's "normal" (i.e., prevalent) or not.

When I log into my Dashboard, each use year account has the graphic banners for the resorts in that account (that many here use in their signatures). You can scroll the right/left to see a banner for each of the contracts in that account. However, in my account the only one showing "properly" is Aulani. VGF and AKV were fine for a few days after we purchased direct, but now both banners are "blank". BLT actually used to be blank but is now showing the banner for VGC (I preferred the blank banner over the wrong one...). My wife's login shows the same thing as mine.

It's a bit annoying but the account functionality is not affected in any way other than aesthetics. Is this an anomaly, or does it affect many owners?

Our first contract, BCV, is missing its banner. Our second, VGF, appears correctly. I can scroll between and bcv never shows up. Dunno, but you're not alone.

It’s just Disney IT. I’m amazed how bad a Fortune 500 company’s IT division is. Don’t worry they will do an update and fix it at some point and other issues will appear.

It's probably all relative... To me, it seems light years ahead of Marriott and Vistana. As a new owner to DVC, and having dealt those other systems, I was actually very impressed

Those other systems tend to often crash at midnight or 9am when their respective reservation windows open and this past week even gave out reservation confirmations on the screen for reservations which were never actually confirmed in the system... Those who were alert enough to notice the telltales (e.g., no reservation on Dashboard, no points deducted, no email confirmation) were maybe able to salvage their 2024 4th of July home resort reservations (12 months out) or Spring break exchange reservations (8 months out) by talking to a phone rep, while others may not even realize it for months. So, it could get a lot worse than missing banners!

But great to know it's not just me - thank you for confirming!

Sometimes my dashboard will not fully load. The buffering circle will just spin and spin.

I don't have any banners except on the front page when it counts down my vacations. Just the names of the resorts in each membership.

Ours worked fine until we added on at CCR last week. Now we can only see CCR and none of our 5 VGF contracts images.

My BLT resale contract came through with a blank banner. When a banner did show up it is the VGC banner. Is the error limited to resale contracts?

All my memberships are direct ones and I have no banners, other than the front page. I do not have them on my dashboard at all.

Our direct VGF and AKV showed up correctly for a few days after purchase but now they are blank after our BLT contract started showing the banner of VGC... The only one I have that shows the correct banner on the dashboard is our (resale) Aulani. So direct/resale status doesn't seem to matter.

Not alone. My BRV banner is correct, but my BLT banner also displays BRV, and my SSR banner is blank right now.

For me, Riv is blank, VGF is blank, and BLT shows a picture of VGC. Yes, it is a minor little detail, but it does make me wonder what is going on.

IMO, this is a very minor issue. They most likely have higher priority things to work on. AFAIK, I have never had any 'banners' showing.

My guess is that they are working on something related to this and eventually it will work out. YMMV.

IDK...my BLT banner shows BRV. What if I book a stay at BLT, and then arrive at WDW and find out they moved the buildings around?
