Is this MK plan doable (leaving for late Ohana breakfast)?

Planning to go spring break, assuming crowd level around 7-8, with me, dh, ds7 and ds2. Would this work? We will arrive to MK for rope drop but leave at 10:15 to make it for a 10:55am late Ohana breakfast. Is this enough time to get to Ohana via monorail? Here is our tentative plan:

Arrive MK by 8:30am
Thunder mountain (obtain rider swap pass for use later in the day)
Pirates of carribean
Ride pirates again if desired
Jungle cruise
Magic carpets - can we get all of this done by 10:15, and is 10:15 early enough to be heading out of the park?

10:55 ohana reservation
Return to park around 1pm
Ride splash mountain with FP+ 1-2pm
Use thunder mountain rider swap pass
Tiki room
FOF parade
Remaining afternoon in fantasyland using remaining FP+

We will have a second morning in MK to finish fantasyland and tomorrow land. My main concern is the timing for the morning, if it will be too tight, I can use a FP at thunder mountain and ride in the afternoon. Do you think we can do this first thing or is my timing too tight? How long will it take me to get from adventure land in MK to ohana at the polynesian? Thanks!

If you are at the front of the park at 10:30, you will make it to Ohana just fine. The monorail ride is pretty short and Ohana is directly next to where you get off the monorail. :)

A quick question: Is this an EMH day? The reason I ask is because the rides you named are in Adventureland and Frontierland, and I don't think they are open during EMH. I could be wrong though. Maybe someone else knows better than I.

Thanks, that's good to know. Do you think I can fit all of those rides in?

No, this is not for a morning EMH day. However I'm thinking our second day at MK we'll go for EMH morning and just stay until noon and then swim.

That sounds like a lot to accomplish in two hours. Have you reserved FastPasses? When will you be there (time of year)? Getting to the Poly, as others have said, is easy, which is great for your breakfast plan.

This would be over a spring break (not Easter) week. Would it be better to do this on an emh day so we'd have over two hours before we left, or would that be worse because we'd have worse afternoon crowds since it's an emh day? I would save our FP+ for the afternoon. Or should we sleep in a bit, bus to MK and transfer to monorail for ohana, then head to epcot for the afternoon? Trying to minimize transportation time, and it would save us the most time to do ohana breakfast on a magic kingdom day. Any thoughts on the best way to do this? I really don't want to miss rope drop at MK, so I'd either leave and come back or do It on a day were heading to epcot.

Or my other thought is do epcot emh and monorail to the poly, then return for the afternoon with FP+ and world showcase. Since we are staying at yacht club this would be an easier emh to get to, and it would be fun to do the monorail ride. Or is that a waste of travel time?

I hadn't really considered how early you are planning to be at the MK. If you are there at park opening, you may very well accomplish all or nearly all of the attractions you have on your list. Getting to the Poly from MK is super easy (you could walk if you wanted to), so don't let that be a deterrent to your plan.
The Epcot resorts are my favorite and being able to walk to the International Gateway entrance is just priceless. You chose a great resort.
While WDW transportation is unique, it is not always the most efficient. You have positioned yourself wisely. I don't think the transportation will be a problem for your MK morning or your Epcot days. I think you are smart to play your food around your park.
Have a great time!

You cannot walk from MK to the Poly...but you can walk from the TTC to the Poly. Or you can take the resort monorail from MK to the poly, or the boat launch, or the express monorail to the TTC and walk.
