Is this even possible?

I'd like a little help with my planning. There are two days that my family will be going to MK early in the morning and I've got a list of things that I would like to be able to do by 12:00-12:30 before we go back for a nap. I'm fully aware that I probably won't be able to do all of these things in the time allotted but I want to know how much I'm overestimating. I'm also aware that this makes me look like a crazy OCD person, I assure you this is not the case I just love planning things. If we don't do but half of the stuff on the list, we'll be just a happy. :)

Here is some basic information to use when considering the plans:
Party: Myself, DH, DS5 and DS2 (probably in strollers)
Time of year: Mid-June
Attractions are listed in the order we would like to do them in

Morning 1 Plan : Sunday 6/15
MK opens @ 9am, no FP+ this day as they will be used in the afternoon at HS
1.Reservations at CP for 8:15am (not interested in meeting EVERY character)
2.BTMR (plan to Rider Switch due to 2yo)
3.Splash Mtn (plan to RS)
4.Peter Pan's Flight
5.Haunted Mansion (I'm aware we'll pass this on our way to PP but I figured the line for PP would fill faster than HM so we'll backtrack to it)
6.Small World
7.PhilharMagic
8.Carrousel
9.WDW Train back to front of park (DS will just about die if we don't do the train)

Morning 2 Plan : Thursday 6/19 (DS 5th Birthday!)
MK opens @ 8am w/ EMH, FP+ will be used but times TBD
1. Under the Sea
2. Winnie the Pooh
3. 7DMT (assuming it's open) (plan to use FP+ and RS)
4. Mad Tea Party
5. Buzz Lightyear (plan to use FP+)
6. Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor
7. Dumbo (backtracking to New Fantasyland so that we can finish the day at Casey Jr. and the train)
8. Barnstormer (plan to use FP+ and RS)
9. Casey Jr. Splash-n-Soak Station
10. WDW Train back to front of park

So as I said, I know this is a lot for only 2 mornings. Does anyone think it's possible to be done by 12:30 since we are arriving early/RDing? Are there any suggestions to rearrange the order? I've got different areas of the park sectioned out for different days so I don't really want the attractions to change but I'm ok with the order changing it if will maximize our time. Like I said, if we don't do it all then oh well, we'll still have a blast.

Thanks ahead of time for any input. I really swear I'm not as OCD as it seems! :rotfl:

**EDIT - We are also in the MK for 2 evenings after nap time so that's when other attractions not listed here will be done. We can also use those days to catchup on things we missed in the mornings. I feel comfortable with those days, it's just the mornings I'm concerned with.**

I would do Peter Pan and any Fantasyland stuff first because it will fill up the fastest, even compared to BTMRR and Splash. It's an aggressive but possibly doable plan though.

I think it is doable, but I would do PP first and then head to Frontierland.

Check out the cheat sheets at easywdw.com. They have great suggestions for touring.

Honestly, I think it's a lot to accomplish with two littles in 3.5 hours, especially with rider swap since that means you are spending near double the amount of time on one attraction. What if the kids want to stop and meet a character? Or wander around in a shop? Or take some pictures? Figure day 1 you won't get out of breakfast till 9:15, you could easily spend over an hour riding and rider swapping at BMTRR and Splash. Plus I imagine the other parent will be taking the little one to do something else while they wait? Then meeting up switching off, bathroom breaks, etc. Peter Pan will have at least a 20-30 minute wait by the time you finish up and get over there, 10-20 minute wait for HM, 5-20 minute wait for Small World, you need to allow 30 minutes for Philharmagic (10 minute wait if you just miss the last showing or you could walk right in) and then 20 minutes for the show, 5-10 minute wait for the carousel and then walking to the train, waiting for the train and riding the train will probably take a half hour.

Day 2 Just walking from the front of the park back to Under the Sea is a 10-20 minute walk depending on how fast you walk, 5-10 minute wait, 5 minutes to ride, Pooh could be a 10-20 minute wait, riding the mine train with FP+ and Rider Swap will still take 30 minutes total if not more, Mad Tea Party will be 5-20 minute wait, Buzz even with FP+ is probably 10 minutes total, the Laugh Floor will take at least 20 minutes, Dumbo could be 20-30 minutes or more, Barnstormer will be like 5 with FP+, but I'd use that somewhere else, it's a waste on Barnstormer IMO, I'd use it on Pooh or Dumbo instead, and then maybe 20-30 minutes playing the in spray park and 15-20 minutes for the train ride.

I think I will switch from barnstormer to pooh for the FP. I thought it might be a little wasted. Thanks!

It also seems I should do PP first. How important is this? I'm new to PP as this is my first trip with my kids. I was just worried about going back and forth from fantasyland to frontierland too much. I figured the time it takes to make the walk would be the same as standing in line longer so it would all even out. My oldest son loves trains so much that I think he will want to ride BTMR first.

PP is a very popular attraction - it is for people of all ages, has nostalgia factor for lots of folks and is a very slow loader. From CP you can walk there in less tha 5 minutes, it's not really out of the way too much since it is near the end of Fantasyland. I'd go there first, ride PP and then go over to Splash/BTMR.
