I told my 7 yr old we might not make the tsm ride, and she was fine with it. So, I'm not going to stress.
I have tried to change the Peter Pan time, Tea cups for 2/1 and the only times left are late in the day, like 8:30 or 9:00. Must be a busy day in the park??

I meant 1/31 not 2/1. But it's still the same. No FP until late, late in the day for changes I've tried to make. PP, Teacups, Belle, etc

Doesn't sound good, regarding enough FP+
(or maybe it's just another of the infamous GLITCHES.)

That's strange. I just went on to make those FP selections for that day and this is what I found:

Mad Tea Party: I can select any hour of the day from park open to park close

Peter Pan: I can select any hour of the day from park open to park close

Enchanted Tales with Belle: Available selections start at 3:00 PM. I can select any hour from 3:00 PM to park close

Something odd is happening for you in MDE in my opinion. I'm a passholder who has previously stayed on site so I opened up the MDE app on my phone just now (like moments ago) and I can get FP+ on TSMM on 1/31 starting at 11:20am and an assortment of times going up to 7pm. Something like 9 options.

ETA: lots of options at MK too

If you have fp+ booked, it won't show you anything that could potentially overlap with your current selections. If you cancel them, you should see full availability of times.

I don't think you would have enough time. We're typically at a character breakfast a little over an hour. By the time you take the bus from either the GF or the TTC, get into HS and walk to TSM I don't think you'd have enough time. Is it possible you can switch the breakfast to another day?

I would try to make it so both of your kids get their biggies in. Meet Alice in Epcot or MK (free w/ admission is way better than an ok expensive breakfast) and make it to TSM in time! Just my opinion!

Maybe I am just confused, but there are plenty of available times for Peter Pan throughout the day on 1/31:

The only times that are not available are slots where I already have something booked.
