I apologise if this is a stupid question but I am curious to know if I could get away with this.....

2 years ago my parents and my brother and i went to disney for 5 days. We had 2 rooms but one of the rooms was for only 3 nights while the other room was for 5 nights.....We had purchased the dining plan but 2 was for only 3 nights.......This worked out wonderfully though because we ended up getting 3 meals a night which was plenty for the 4 of us......

My QUESTION IS THIS.....In Feb, 4 of us are wanting to go to disney. We are all in our early 20s so we are trying to save money by going as cheap as possible....I am thinking that to save money we could get 1 room for 2 people for 4 nights and purchase a 5 day park hopper and the delux dining package. That will give us 6 meals between the 2 us per day. Then the other 2 would just purchase a 5 day park hopper pass and stay with us anyways.(I know they wont be registered but I cant imagine them catching us).....Also, from what I have read and knowing that you can share and give use your dining services on guests, then couldnt we just share the dining services between the 4 of us and get 3 meals or something everytime? It would still be plenty of food for us and much cheaper....Has anyone done this??

Actually, you cannot share the dining plan with people not on the plan. So, that's not going to work for you.

The problem with having people not on the room listing is that they won't have keys to the room. And the 2 people on the room can't loan the other 2 people a key because their key is also their park admission and dining plan.

It lists on your key to the world card how many adults and children are in any given room...so if you have 2 adults registered and are trying to use your card for 4 meals at one restaurant, then that will not be allowed.

sigh, i want to say welcome to the DIS, :scratchin but :stir:

What you are proposing is clearly against all Disney policies. There are room occupancy limits, there are fees for additional adults in the room, plus rules on the Dinig plan. No one here is going to encourage you to lie to get what you want. Sorry.
