We are planning a wedding for February with approximately 75-100 guests. Does this timeline seem realistic? I was a wedding planner years ago in DC, but not sure if this is feasible for Disney.

2:30pm Ceremony
3:00pm Ceremony Concludes
3:30pm Guests depart for Boardwalk Hotel/Atlantic Dance Hall
3:45pm Guests arrive at Boadwalk Hotel/Atlantic Dance Hall
3:45pm Bar Open/Music Starts
4:00pm Bridal Party move to Boardwalk Hotel/Atlantic Dance Hall
4:30pm Bridal Party arrives at Boardwalk Hotel/Atlantic Dance Hall
4:45pm First Dance, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son - All Invited to Dance
5:00pm Buffets Open
6:00pm Cake Cutting/Toasts, Hora/ Hava Negila
6:30pm Buffet Closes
7:45pm Music Concludes
7:45pm Guests depart for EPCOT
8:30pm Guests arrive at Dessert Party
9:00pm Illuminations
9:15pm Illuminiations Concludes
9:30pm Dessert Party Concludes

It might be a little tight with that many people - hard to corral them all - but it's close to the timeline we had so i think it's doable.
