Is this a Preferred Room? (ASSp)

Hi! Just wondering if any of you resort gurus can help me determine if this room is in a “ preferred “ location? It is in one of the “Touchdown” buildings.

It is the very last room on the end, in the red circled area, next to the parking lot.

I’ve always been much closer when reserving a preferred room.

Yes, that would be a preferred room.

Originally only Surf's Up! was Preferred.

They "recently" added ALL of Touchdown! as well.

Sports doesn't "divide" a building into some Preferred and some Standard like Pop Century does for example.
