Is this a good strategy or not for 2nd day at Epcot?

We have an 11:00 ADR for breakfast at Akershus. We will have already done the World Showcase our first day. We plan to so several attractions arriving at park opening and then head over to Akershus for late breakfast with the intent to return to other part of Epcot to do additional few attractions we would not have gotten to. Is this too much back and forth? I did not want to do an early ADR there and miss out on not having too long of lines at attractions in AM. Thanks!

I don't think it's too much back and forth. You definitely want to hit the headliners in Future World in the am, so it should work out well.

Not at all. Epcot is massive. Walking is par for the course. Luckily, Akershus is fairly close to Future World. You won't have any trouble returning to FW after breakfast. It's always best to take advantage of shorter waits in the early morning hours. Good idea. Enjoy your trip!
