Is this a glitch? FP+ selection with no tickets linked.

Today is my 60 day mark to start making FP+ selections for a trip in April.
I am the only one in my family to have days remaining on an old ticket.
Currently I have 2 days remaining. This shows up online and I also emailed Disney a while ago to have them look at any remaining days we all had, this way I knew ahead of time what I would need to purchase.
Anyhow..I logged in to my account and was able to select FP+ for my entire week and for my family. Kicker is I have not even bought their tickets yet.
So is this another glitch in the system?
I also chatted with a CM yesterday asking when the 60 day mark came could I reserve FP+ selections for the entire week following the 60 day mark or would I have to wait to select each day of my vacation over the next week as it became available. She advised I will have to wait until each day is at the 60 day mark
Disney allowed me to do it this morning and I printed and did screenshots of each day.
So to summarize. I was able to reserve the entire week in April today without having any tickets linked for my family.
I did notice also that you cannot make just 1 FP+ selection. It kept giving me 2 additional ones even though I was only asking to reserved 1 attraction for that day/park. Seems like a waste to give me something that I wont use.

Interesting.

As far as "making" you reserve 3, yes, in this part of their test, they want everyone reserving three. Maybe it will change, maybe it won't.

Could be another glitch, could be a loophole, could be someone screwed up and clicked the wrong button/box. LOL

We'll probably know in a few hours like the other day when tiers were removed for a brief few hours.

You can go back in and individually delete any unwanted FP+ choices.

Otherwise, unless those unwanted FP choices are for two very popular in-demand attractions, I'd not worry about them.

If you don't show up, that just means that everyone who would have been "behind" you in line will get to ride a bit sooner.

Disney must know what their no-show rate is by attraction, and factor that into the number of FP+'s they make available.

With the data they're collecting, it's an easy calculation.

I just checked my account and I cannot make them for the one day I don't have a ticket for. I have three days out of four reserved for mysel, whle I have four for all other members of my party. When I try to put them onto mine, it says I'm not eleigible since I don't have a ticket for the fourth day.

Congrats! It's your lucky day.
