Can I?.......Should I?.....Sorry, I am just going to have to
yet another moan about Virgin. Have tried to put API in screen and it is saying that DD's date of birth is incorrect! No problem, I thought, i will just give them a ring - put on hold for what seemed like hours and then gave up
. Last week when i was checking our payments, on-line, I noticed that eldest DD (who has different booking reference) hasn't any accomodation against her booking. Worrying about where she was going to sleep when she gets to Florida i sent them an email asking the question.......no reply from the email and i just really cannot be bothered to go through the whole thing of phoning and being put on hold.
I know we don't go for another 8 months and I have loads of time to sort these things out but their customer service is almost non-existent.
Feeling much better now i have sounded off
