Is there ever Free Dining in January?

We have visited Disney World many times, but never when free dining was being offered. I am starting to plan a trip for January 7-13 2016. Is it possible they will offer free dining at that time? Since it's after the holidays and kids are back to school?

Hasn't been offered for a few years during that time.

Most likely looking at the Stay, play! and Dine discount or room discount.
