updating their web site and you can't place an order? I just received my new catalog. I love ordering online, but they're updating. This is a one shot deal. They missed out on a $125 minimum order. Why don't they update and 2, 3, or 4 a.m.?

What about placing the entire order, putting the payment in, and then waiting and in the end getting an error message that it didn't go thru?
So ya call them and give the order over the phone, and end up with a duplicate order?

I haven't had that problem with TDS. But I've had it plenty of times here! LOL! At least 3 times today. I've learned to not come here during lunch time hours.

Yep I just got my catalog yesterday and tried to place an order as well and the Snowglobe wasn't available yet. I haven't tried again today.
