I have narrow feet and usually can't wear shoes that don't come in a narrow size - very hard to find. Anyone have experience with the crocs and narrow feet?

Anyone find them to be uncomfortable?

I also have very skinny feet. I tried Crocs on, and couldn't imagine them being comfy for me. I hear that they end up molding to your foot, but I am not paying that much for plastic shoes that "might" work. I'm using my Tevas, tried and true.

My kids fell in love with the Mickey crocs, but (they are twins) one has "wide" feet and loved them, the other has narrow feet and thought they were way too loose. He's very sad that he can't use them, but...

Thanks for asking the question. If anyone bought them thinking they were too loose, but ended up liking them, I want to know, too! :goodvibes

I can wear them, but not for all day at Disney. I wore them on the plane (with socks) the last trip, so that when I went through security it would be a piece of cake shoe wise. Then, since I got checked in at 11 and my room wasn't ready, I went to DTD until my room was ready. By that time, my feet were dying to get out of the crocs.

I can't wear the clog-style Crocs (the ones that are the most popular). Normally, I wear a size 8.5 wide shoe. Size 8 Crocs are too small, and size 9 are too big. However, the clog-style Crocs are the only ones that I have this problem with. I just bought two different styles of Crocs sandals that I love. If one style doesn't work for you, try another style. Dick's and the Sports Authority have a good selection of Crocs.

which type of sandals from crocs did you buy?
I am looking for crocs Nile anyone have experience with these?

I can't find CROC's that fit! I thought I was just weird.... but everytime we are out and about and we are somewhere that has them, I try them on... I have tried the real ones and the fake ones and they just don't fit me. One size is to small the next size is WAY to big. So I guess they are just not for me. Three of my four kids have them and just love them... my 2 year old said that she wanted some, but everytime she tries them on, she says she doesn't like them?!?!

Try the Beach style instead of the Cayman. The Cayman is narrower and comes in single sizes, so that sounds like what you tried. I also wear an 8.5 wide, and the Beach size 8-9 is great. I tried a Cayman size 8 and the top of it hits my foot and will rub a sore spot, I'm afraid. The Beach is sort of bigger & wider overall than the Cayman, and works better for my wide foot.

I'll try to get to Dick's this week and I'll look for the Cayman style. My son works there so I should be able to get a discount if I like them. I also have to look for new Teva's - I've had a pair of those for years and love them. I've heard so much about the croc's on these boards, I want to try them. But if they don't feel right, at least I know I can wear the Teva's.

I'm in total agreement... wish they would make Crocs for people with skinny feet... my kids love them.. I guess I'm stuck with my Teva's.:upsidedow

Honestly for me, they're just not comfortable- which is ironic because I love wearing boots & anything w/ heels so crocs should feel like Heaven to me. I've tried different brands but I don't know I just can't get into them :sad2:

I have plantar faciistis, and crocs just kill my feet.

I have narrow feet, Crocs just swallow me up. I also have plantar fascitis. I found that Holey Soles fit perfectly. They look just like Crocs Beach or Caymans but are more narrow. I can even wear my arch suppports in them. I found them at Prairie Gardens, our local garden supply center or the holeysoles.com website. They are not cheap knock-offs, they are the same price as Crocs and I rarely seem them go on sale. I can hardly believe it, but my feet last longer in the Holey Soles than they do in my expensive walking shoes with my expensive custom-made orthotic arch supports!

I have a pair of the cleo. I love them!!!

i have extremely high arches, so crocs won't work for me

have enough trouble finding sneakers that are ok (currently wearing new balance) - so will be sticking to my teva sandals

my MIL also has very high arches and can't do crocs either. I bought her a pair of athens and she can't wear them for long periods of time b/c they make her knees and back hurt.

I have athens (which I love), primas (squishy in the toes, not as padded, probably good for narrow feet), and am expecting cleos on thursday...I will have a pair or sassari's whenever they come back into shoebuy in my size...;)
