Is there any verdict on Steakhouse 71?

At Steakhouse71, the entire staff changes between lunch and dinner. On our previous trip (we had lunch-was excellent), the waitress said they don’t know anything about the dinner menu or Ingredients.

On our recent trip, our steaks were over cooked and over salted (first day) and underwhelming, however the fish en papillote (second day) was excellent. Appetizers and desserts were all great. Service was extremely slow (but very attentive) and it took 1 hr 45 mins with some desserts to go. We had to hold off on our special order cake as we were late to our SDMT pass (brisk walk - took 20 mins).

I would book a late evening eg 8:30 pm vs 5 pm so you can relax and enjoy the meal.

On my last trip over the NYE holiday I ate at Steakhouse 71 twice. The first time alone and the second time my brother and I. All the meals were tasty and the service was excellent. Its definitely on my list for future trips.

Had breakfast here last Friday. My mom and I loved the Wave so we had to try it. We both got got the Feast and enjoyed it. My mom ordered the avocado toast for herself, and the server had them making it on some gluten free bread so that I could eat it too, which pleasantly surprised me! The GF version of the feast was very good too, and I was happy that they offer it!
