Is there any counter service at the Swan or dolphin?

I cant find any where in the brochures if swan or dolphin offer table or counter service? if so is it because they are seperate from disney?

At the Dolphin there is Pikabu, which is 24 hours and has grab and go items as well as hot food. There's also Splash Grill & Deli at the Swan.

No Disney dining plans, other than the TIW card, can be used for the eateries at Swan/Dolphin.
