We arrived in Anaheim yesterday for our first visit to Disneyland. I was wondering - near Disney World there are a few outlet stores that sell discounted park merchandise. Is there one of those stores near Disneyland and, if so, can you direct me to it? Thanks.

There is a thread on this a few topics down.

It's called the Character Warehouse and the address is in the other link. If I knew it offhand, I'd post it right here.

Do know that the outlet near DL is pretty bad as far as selection goes, but because they change it often, you might get lucky.

I wishe you best of luck to find good goods.

Character Warehouse is located at 243 Orangefair Mall, Fullerton. From DL take Harbor Blvd. north, past 91 freeway. Turn right into Orangefair Mall. It's in the center located on the southeast corner of Harbor and Orangethorpe. 714/870-9363 for hours.

If you're looking for pins they can't sell them as they are too close to DL. Happy hunting.

39 days to WDW!

Those directions seem a lot easier than the mapquest ones we took to get there in July. We took I-5 to 91 (which is an ordeal in itself) then got off on an exit and turned into the strip mall. We did find the shop, but I your path seems MUCH easier!

Ugh, mapquest steered you wrong. Talk about going the roundabout way!

I did not know that about pins, either. I thought they just didn't sell them there because there were no overflow of pins at the oark.

We're headed down in Nov. and we are hitting the outlet before we even get to DL. Better to spend the $ on DL products at an affordable price! :cheer2:

We went to the outlet tonite. Some nice deals on clothing. DD and DW each got shirts. I picked up a copy of Disneyland: A Pictorial Souvenir. They did have one pin for $5, not a huge discount but still nice for trading purposes. Definitely worth the trip if you are in the area. Its a short trip from Disneyland right up Harbor Blvd.
