Not sure if anyone can help me. Is there a better business bureau for internet companies? Or someone to contact when you've been burned by an online company?
I placed a magazine order with bluedolphin.com back in October. They immediately charged my credit card and sent a confirmation email saying it would be 6-8 weeks before my subscription started. I waited and waited and waited. Finally after 9 weeks I contacted blue dolphin. For three weeks now the only response I get from them is one of those automated letters assigning me a case number and saying someone will get back to me in two business days. Which hasn't happened. Today I finally decided I was going to cancel my subscription online with them, which is supposed to be an option up to 90 days. Imagine my surprise when I went on my account and found there's no record of a subscription.
I have written them a nasty letter (well not nastly but angry) which I am sending certified return receipt today. But there is no phone number to call them. I'm also going to call my credit card company and see what they say. But I want to report this company to someone because of their lousy customer service. Any suggestions?
