I just tried to call member services to book my ME. It is ringing busy. That's never happened.
I called the magical express number next. I did not have my confirmation number. After I gave the recording my checkin date it said "I'll have to get someone to help you." Then it switched me to the DVC member services--must have known from the phone number I was DVC because I never said so. That said my wait was 30 minutes. I have a class coming in in 10 minutes (I'm at lunch) so I hung up.
I called ME again, this time looking up my confirmation number on MDE. I punched it in. Again, "I'll have to get someone to help you"--then ringing busy.
I just have to give someone my flight numbers! Can this be done online?
