We are staying at Carribbean Beach in October, I would like to go to Spoodles for breakfast one morning. My question is this what is the best way to get the the Boardwalk early morning as we will not have a car since we are flying to Orlando. If we go to
epcot early will they allow us to walk to the back entrance and walk to the boardwalk?? I know we could get a taxi, we could go to another park and get a bus, I know the two resorts arn't that far away from one another but would you even try to walk it? Just looking for opinions here thanks......

The walk is long and, I suspect, not too safe. Not even sure if there's a sidewalk.

See about bus service to the Swan/Dolphin area...OR to MGM. Then you could take the boat to the BW. That might be much easier than going to Epcot and hauling your butt all the way up to the International Gateway.

It's also possible, and not difficult at all, to walk from MGM to the Boardwalk. There is a very nice walkway just for this purpost, that passes under the road, so it's safe.

Here you go:

Driving Time (car or taxi) is : 4 mins.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort Epcot® Disney's BoardWalk Inn : 37 mins.

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park Disney's BoardWalk Inn : 44 mins.

This doesn't include the option with MGM, which to me, seems the most logical, with the least amount of walking! Plus, MGM is EXTREMELY close to CBR. When we stayed there, it seemed we were only on the bus about 5 minutes. That would be the best way, to me!

What time is your breakfast?

The early morning breakfast busses start at about 7AM You could take the MGM bus and tell the driver you need to get to Spoodles. He may be able to drop you off there.

I know the driver will drop people off at the BC for Cape May.

As the previous poster said, take one of the early breakfast buses. Even if you must get off at the Disney Studios you can either walk or boat over to the Boardwalk (Spoodles is just a few doors away). The Friendship boats start running really early. We stayed at the Boardwalk in June and were amazed at how early they start.
You can also take a taxi from your resort directly to the Boardwalk. All Disney resorts have taxis waiting outside. If one is not available a CM will get one for you right away. Fast and reasonable way to get from one resort to another.

If it were me, for an early breakfast at Spoodles, I'd just take a cab from CBR - no waiting for a bus, no transferring to another form of transportation and no worries about spending a ton of my precious vacation time traveling to a retaurant. No worries about what time anything starts running or wondering how the early character breakfast bus will work out. Expect to pay $10-$12 for the cab - it's a quick trip to the Boardwalk by car.

After breakfast, take the boat (dock is right outside the Spoodles front door) to either EPCOT or MGM. Or if you need to walk off some calories, ;) :teeth: - you can walk to either park. It's about 10 minutes to EPCOT and 15 to MGM for an average walker.

Best wishes -
