Is there a Tinkerbelle?

Does Tinkerbelle fly before the fireworks?
Can you see her take off or land?
Where would you watch from?

If I remember correctly Tink flys from the Matterhorn to the Castle at a point during, not before, the fireworks.

You are right Grog. She flies from the top of the Matterhorn to the top? (or by) of the castle during the fireworks.
You can watch from almost anywhere. In front of the castle is way too crowded. I suggest behind the castle in Fantasyland, or on the balcony on Innoventions, if they still let you do that. You can also see from DTD & inbetween DL & DCA, but there is no music.
There is a point @ the end of the fireworks that is all gold & seems like the end. It's not, more will start up again & the finale is all silver. Many people will leave @ that point thinking it's the end, stay until the silver fireworks.

You must visit the Wine Cellar below Hook's Point, @ the DLH for an evening break. It's very relaxing & children are welcome.
Or, you can reserve a space for the ELP @ DCA in the Golden Vine restaurant.

I thought Tink flew from the top of the Matterhorn and past the castle and then she "flies" into a mattress (with burly guys holding it) into a tower above Big Thunder Railroad.

Has that changed?

roymccoy- You are right. She starts at the top of the Matterhorn flys past the castle and at a tower behind Thunder Mountain. The tower is actually by were the old "Festival of Fools" used to be. It's now a private picnic area for company picnics and such.

She flys during the middle of the firework show and not at the beginning.

I've alway's wondered why WDI doesn't just build a really good animatronic for both DL and WDW that can glide along the wire gracefully, instead of using a real person.

Imagine how much money they would save, seeing as it has been reported the tink gets $250 per flight!
