I'm starting to plan a quick two day trip in early December. Because we are only going for two days it looks like we will be doing park hoppers to try to maximize our experience. Things can definitely change between now and December, but as of now the rules are that you can't park hop until 2pm. For people who have been at the parks, have you noticed a rush of people entering the parks at this time? I'm wondering if this is almost like a second rope drop where people wait at the park gates until they can get in and head directly to the "hot" popular rides. For example, do lines suddenly go up around this time for the popular rides (Seven Dwarves, Smuggler's Run, Flight of Passage, etc.)? Has this been anyone's experience? I know it wouldn't be as dramatic as the actual park opening, as people will either stay in one park all day or park hop later in the afternoon/evening, but is there any kind of noticeable surge?
