Is there a rule?

I went on the Dis this morning, and looked at my favorite forums, making a few comments as I went along. When I got to the DVC Purchase forum, I wanted to comment on a thread, but it wouldn't let me. It said I couldn't make any posts for 35 minutes.

Is there a rule I don't know about? Some kind of limit on the number of posts you can make within a time period?

(Or did the Dis somehow know that I had said I was going to walk this morning, and it was telling me to get off my butt and get some exercise?)

They may be looking as a way to slow down blast spammers or something. Haven't heard anything specific.

I’ve posted a few times today and I’ve experienced nothing. Maybe it’s either working or have been turned off.
