Thanks!

We just came back from a split stay at Poly/BWI on Sunday, and in both rooms there was a big piece of cardboard shaped like a clock with the bounceback offer on it . . . I'm sorry but I don't have the exact dates, but it was for August until late Sept., then again from about Oct 19 or so until close to Halloween, again for early November, and finally, YES for early December. I'm sorry that I don't have the exact dates for you, though -- perhaps someone brought back the "clock" with the exact dates.

Got a question...I already have two rooms booked for the early part of Dec., tho not in my name. I wonder if I can get those rooms transferred over to the bounceback rate when I go in a few days, or would I have to make a new ressie to get the 30% off, and have my sister cancel the existing ressies. (I usually do the booking but we used a small pin code of hers, and now the bounceback will increase our savings!).

Probably if they were not in your name, you would have to make a new reservation and have her cancel hers . . .

I booked a long time ago for a Sept. stay with a AAA discount and when I called at the Poly for the bounceback, they just applied the new code to my existing reservation and sent a new confirmation . . . for a 4 day stay at the GF I saved about $250 over the AAA rate I already had.

Ok, it sounds like then that I might be able to get my sister to call and have the ressie's transferred over, if I'm understanding you.

hi!! If she is with you on the trip, then, yup- have her call. If they won't transfer the ressie just have her book a new one and refund all the old deposits...

Going in a about a month, hoping for a bounce back for Nov.... anybody know the dates of the bounceback??? Planning short trip Nov 13 - 16th.

Thanks!

We just got home last night and booked a trip for Nov. with bounce back rates before we left. The dates are Aug 10th-Sept 27th, Oct. 19th-Nov 1st, Nov. 9-15, and then Nov. 30th-Dec. 13th.

30% off select Deluxe and Moderate resorts, and 40% off select Deluxe Villa Resorts.

How does this work? Is there a special number or code you have to use? I've booked with AP, AAA, and codes before but never a bounce back. Our trip isn't till December. Do you think the bounce back will still be advertised in the rooms so we can book for December 09?

How long does a specific Bounceback offer usually last for?? Im still trying to learn about the offer since Ive never heard of them until a little while ago. I have my next trip booked for April 22-25, for all of those familiar with Bounceback, do you think I have a chance in getting the same offer that is out now with the dates starting in August??:)

You call ext. 8844 from your room or the regular (407) number before you check out. They will need your reservation number (or they can look it up) to confirm that you are still at the resort. This booking code was CFC. One night deposit required as always.

No mention of Value resorts on the back of this paper "clock" (though they may offer it, never hurts to ask). This clock has Aug-Dec 08 dates only.

What about for values?

It is possible that my "clock" did not mention values since I was staying at a moderate. I imagine if the offer is for the values that they are mentioned on the flyer there. Not sure though, just a guess! :)

ok, got a question..... if you book the bounceback, and then later codes come out later like for instance free parkhopper and water parks and more, can you stack those codes with your bounceback offer? and/or you book the bouceback, but later decide you want to make a package deal out of it, will they still let you use the bounceback code?

I just got back from WL & am now kicking myself that I didn't book the bounceback for early Dec. because now we really want to go back! Has anyone ever called after they got home & still received the bounceback offer? :confused3 I'd love to stay at VWL or WL again 1st or 2nd week of Dec. to see the decorations. :santa:

I know the feeling! I've kicked myself too...that's what comes from not being informed by the Dis!!
To answer your question, I've read of only one person for whom this has worked. I thought they were totally lucky!!!

All I know is you can't stack codes.

I imagine they may let you make it a package later on with the code.

Does anyone know if the bounceback rate 30% for mods is cheaper than the AP rates?

1. Can't get two discounts at once it one or the other. Say you got a bounce back which YOU HAVE TO BE AT DISNEY TO BOOK IT NOT AT HOME. THEY ASK & CHECK. They offer you to come back certain dates lets say at 30% off room rate & you already have a 30% off room if you have a ressie already no they won't let you have two codes. Hope this make sense but can't get two discounts on the same ressie. This was told to me by the Disney travel company. Also she said if any bounce back offers made you had to be there on property when you book as they do check. MHO
2. It won't be free dining ;)

For the OP, as long as your name is on one of the original ressies that you have with your sister then you should be able to modify and add the bb promo to both rooms. If you're not listed as a guest then it might be best to have your name added before your April trip just to make things easier. Legally I don't think CM's can modify a ressie unless a guest is already listed on it.---Kathy
