Is there a Limited Number of Rooms Available with Magic Your Way and Dining Plan?

I have a reservation starting Sunday Sept. 4 for room only, one night, and my package for the Magic your Way with free dining starts on Monday Sept. 5 and ends the following week on Sept. 12. I needed to reschedule and move the trip to start with one night room only on Wed. Sept.7 and have my package start on Thursday Sept. 8 and end of Sept. 15. When I called to change everything, I could book the room only, no problem, but was told there is nothing available for the package at ANY of the value resorts for the rest of my trip. Did Disney sell out all the rooms for the package or do you think it will be mobbed like in July and at spring break. I was so diappointed, but have decided to keep my original reservation as I will never be able to get this kind of package again at such a good price.
Most of our trips are in September as we love the idea of very low crowds. We have even discovered we can tolerate the heat and humidity just to be there at that time.
Has anyone else had this happen to them in the past few days? I sincerely it will be an enjoyable trip for us. If it is too crowded we will be spending a lot of time at the pool and maybe DTD for shopping.

That is possible. Not under any circumstance is there endless availability.
And packages include only certain room views, and those are limited to a set number.
You will read many threads here where others have either had to book their second choice resort, or even book up. Or if they wanted a certain resort had to pass on the offer.

I Just Booked All Star Sports For Sept 29 Through October 4 And I Only Booked A One Day Base Pass For Each Person In My Family And Got The Free Dining Plan...for My Dates Of Travel Each Value Resort Was Available Except All Star Movies. Can You Change Your Dates Because I Was Under The Impression There Were Still A Lot Of Free Dining Packages Left..it Probably Depends What Week Your Going. Maybe Your Dates Are Sold Out For Free Dining...also Call Back Because Some Cm Are More Helpful Than Others

Yes there are definitely a certain amount of rooms available, but check everyday, you will likely be able to change. Be advised, the current "free dining" package will cease to exist 8/20 so check early & often! We got what we wanted the very next day after saying it was sold out, my cousin did the same with her package..there is hope! good luck
