I'd pick a site the airlines fly into from my regional airport and get a room for the length of time and there's you are
Can you get to an airport that flies into either Sanford or Orlando international? if so, call a resort for some rooms; quickly book some ADRs and you're all set
There are some good deals on southern destinations right now because all the snowbirds are flying home.
